Why Are Extractions Needed?
When a tooth has suffered a deep break or cavity, sometimes it cannot be saved by a filling, root canal, or other restoration. In some cases, there’s just not enough healthy tooth left to support a restoration. Sometimes a prior root canal fails and the tooth becomes re-infected.

What Happens During an Extraction?
